As a Business Development Manager in end-user sales, you will play a central role in driving new business acquisition. You’ll work closely with our End-User Sales Manager and have the opportunity to influence both your own success and the growth of this function.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership, outbound sales, and building pipeline from scratch, while contributing to a more sustainable approach to IT.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will focus on identifying, targeting, and winning new end-user customers, helping them reduce IT costs and extend the lifecycle of their infrastructure through circular solutions.

You’ll position Renewtech as a credible alternative to traditional OEM purchasing models, delivering both commercial and environmental value.

You will own the full sales lifecycle, including but not limited to:

  • Researching and identifying target companies and key decision-makers 
  • Conducting proactive outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn (using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator) 
  • Initiating conversations and securing meetings with business owners, IT and procurement stakeholders 
  • Leading meetings, managing sales cycles, and closing new business opportunities 
  • Building and managing a strong, self-generated pipeline 
  • Maintaining CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and documentation (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar) 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver the right solutions for customers 
  • Participating in in-person meetings across the UK when required 

This is a highly independent role where your ability to prospect, create opportunities, and consistently drive activity will be key to your success.

You will be based out of our UK office in Harrogate, with flexibility to balance office and remote working.

  • Building a strong, self-generated pipeline of qualified opportunities 
  • Consistently opening doors with organisations new to Renewtech 
  • Converting outbound activity into meetings, opportunities, and revenue 
  • Demonstrating persistence and commercial acumen in winning new business 
  • Effectively communicating Renewtech’s value proposition around cost savings and sustainability 
  • Establishing long-term customer relationships from new business wins 

About you

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial drive, resilience, and strong prospecting ability.

  • You have experience in new business / outbound sales, ideally within IT hardware, services, or related sectors 
  • You are confident researching, targeting, and engaging new accounts from scratch 
  • You are comfortable making cold outreach and speaking with senior decision-makers 
  • You are structured, self-driven, and disciplined in managing your pipeline 
  • You are a strong communicator who builds credibility quickly 
  • You are motivated by winning new business and making a measurable commercial impact
